Banana Granola Pancakes

Ingredients:
½  cups all-purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½  tablespoons sugar
¾  teaspoons baking powder
¼  teaspoon baking soda
 pinch salt
1 3/4 cup granola
1 egg
1 ¼  cups buttermilk
1 bananas, sliced thin
1 ½  tablespoons melted butter
Warm maple syrup
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granola;
stir to combine. In another bowl, beat the egg with the buttermilk.
Pour the egg mixture over the flour mixture.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in banana slices.
Gently stir in the melted butter.
Rub a stick of cold butter on a large griddle or skillet in circles just big enough for each pancake and pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter on each circle.
Cook until bubbles form on top and edges start to dry.
Flip pancake over and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with warm maple syrup.

Enjoy!
