Favorite Fall Recipe

Pumpkin Crunch
1 yellow cake mix
15 0z. can pumpkin or 2 Cups fresh stewed pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1.5 C sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C chopped pecans
1 C melted butter
8 oz. carton whipped topping

Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, salt, eggs, and cinnamon.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over top.
Top with pecans.
Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees
